Tau Beta Pi

Tau Beta Pi has held an in-person recruiting fair for members of Tau Beta Pi at most Conventions for the past twenty-plus years, with companies, government agencies, and many of the top engineering graduate programs in the country recruiting. Beginning in 2020, we started hosting a virtual event for all members. This year, a virtual recruiting fair will be held on October 16, and the in- person fair will take place on October 30 at the annual Convention in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Tau Beta Pi Convention: The Albuquerque Convention Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico

This is both a corporate, government agency, and graduate school recruiting event, and is free and open to all members of Tau Beta Pi.

Some of the in-person Recruiters to date include Epic, FBI, POET, Raytheon Technologies, Sandia Labs, STEFFES, and the US Patent & Trade Office, and top U.S. engineering graduate programs such as George Washington University, University of Michigan, Michigan Tech, NYU, Northeastern University, Penn Engineering, Penn State, Purdue, Rensselaer, University of Pittsburgh, and the University of Virginia.

Most recruiters are paying to access Tau Bate resumes on our website, so be sure to upload your resume today. Recruiters will have access to your resumes until April 30, 2026.
