  • Did your chief advisor or main point of contact with the IRS change? Submit an 8822B form to the IRS.
  • For chapters to receive full credit for submitting the 990-N, Headquarters must receive an acknowledgment email from the IRS. Click here for more information.
  • Chapter project reports can now be submitted electronically. Visit the Project Reporting System here.
  • Reports must be POSTMARKED by the due date to be considered on time (using 1st class mail or UPS). Do NOT use express service unless requested by HQ.
