Tau Bates flying to the 2009 Convention:

The offical directions for transportation to the hotel from the Newark International Airport (EWR) are below.
The shuttle will be available even for late flights, and those in "off-peak" times. If you submitted travel plans online, you are on the list and there is no need to call Headquarters to confirm.

Shuttle Directions to Hilton-East Brunswick

Once you arrive at the Newark Airport:

1. Collect your luggage and proceed to the Ground Transportation Desk. Follow green and white signs to Ground Transportation.
2. Next to the desk there will be a representative from New Jersey Beta Chapter, wearing a brown t-shirt with the Convention logo on it.
3. Check in with this person and stay in the Ground Transportation area.
4. An Olympic driver will come into the Ground Transportation area and a general announcement will be made to board the shuttle. Follow the driver to the shuttle vehicle.
5. If you get separated from your group, cannot find your Tau Beta Pi greete, or arrive at an "off-peak" time, please either ask the agent at the Transportation desk to contact Olympic Airporter or use the courtesy phones to dial 22, and identify yourself as a Tau Beta Pi traveler going to the Hilton East Brunswick.
6. Cost is $21.00 per person, which includes a $2.00 gratuity, however, if your name is on the list
   no payment is required. You may tip the driver if you would like.
