Two slates of candidates for the Executive Council of Tau Beta Pi for the 2006-10 term have been nominated—by the South Carolina Alpha/Vermont Beta Chapters and the Arizona Gamma/Florida Alpha/Florida Delta and South Dakota Alpha Chapters. Election of an Executive Council will be accomplished by the 2005 Convention in Salt Lake City, UT, in October. Because two Council slates were nominated before April 1, 2005, nominations are closed.

Biographical data about each of the candidates will be published in the Summer 2005 BENT, and the nominating chapters will provide further information to the Convention delegates about their slates. In accord with our rules, the elected slate will take office in 2006 after having spent the intervening year learning about the Association and the Council’s responsibilities.
