This is the first design that the national Tau Beta Pi office suggests for chapter sites. It is the most technically complicated design, but it is still well within the reach of most engineering students with any kind of programming knowledge. It is suggested that for maximum compatibility, the main link bar at the left be replaced with image links. Otherwise you must be carefull that large words do not break the page formating. Just make a link in the linkbar with the text "Hydrostatic-drink-facilitation-device" to see what I mean.
