Logon to the system
Click on 'Other Reports' button
Click on 'Report of Election of Officers' button
Select <New> and click on 'Election Information' button
Enter date of election and term dates
In righthand box:
Select Officer to add
Chapter defaults to your chapter (be sure to change when adding Advisor or if Officer is not a member of your Chapter)
Enter last name of new Officer (optional)
Click on 'Add Officer' button.
New window opens
Click arrow on pulldown list under current members
If last name was entered:
member appears in the pull down list on the left.
If duplicates appear, select correct member
If last name was not entered, the pull down list contains all members. Select correct member.
Click on 'Continue' button
You will be returned to the Election Information window
Selected member will appear under Officers Added.
Repeat process for all Officers and Advisor
Click on 'Back' button when finished |
