How to submit other online reports
- Click on 'Other Reports' button
- Click on 'Report of Election of Officers' button
- Select and click on 'Election Information' button
- Enter date of election and term dates
- In righthand box:
- Select Officer to add
- Chapter defaults to your chapter (must change if Advisor or Officer is not a member of your Chapter)
- Enter last name of new Officer (optional)
- Click on 'Add Officer' button.
- New window opens
- Click arrow on pulldown list under current members
- If last name was entered, member appears in the pull down list on the left.
- If duplicates appear, select correct member
- If last name was not entered, the pull down list contains all members. Select correct member.
- Click on 'Continue' button
- You will be returned to the Election Information window
- Selected member will appear under Officers Added.
- Repeat process for all Officers and Advisor
- Click on 'Back' button when finished
- Logon to the system
- Click on 'Other Reports' button
- Click on 'Officer Update' button
- Select <New>
- Click on 'Update Info' button
- Select Officer to update
- Click on 'View/Modify Address' button
- Enter updated information
- Click on 'Continue' button
- Select next Officer to update
- Review UPS address and update if necessary
- Click on 'Back' button
- Logon to the system
Click on 'Other Reports' button
- Click on 'Financial Report' button
- Select
and click on 'Financial Report' button
- Logon to the system
Click on 'Other Reports' button
- Click on 'Chapter Survey' button
- Select
and click on 'Chapter Survey' button
