Important Information!
- Chapter project reports can now be submitted electronically. MS Word template and editable PDF instructions here.
- For chapters to receive full credit for submitting the 990-N, Headquarters must receive an acknowledgement email from the IRS. Click here for more information
- Reports must be POSTMARKED by the due date to be considered on-time. Do NOT use express service unless told to.
