Instructions for using the Electronic Membership Reporting system

The following reports are submitted online:

• Membership Eligibility | Election | Final Action
• Officer/Advisor Elections
• Fall Officer/Advisor Address Update (required)
• Update Officer/Advisor information
• Chapter Survey
• Financial Report

Procedures to follow:

• Login using chapter's userid and password (email if forgotten)
• Select Chapter button
• Select Chapter
• Click Continue
• Select report
• Enter information as needed
