Instructions for Advisor Evaluation

logging on to the system (same one used for Chapter reporting)
Click on 'Other Reports' button
Click on 'Advisor Evaluation' button
Select <New> and click on 'Advisor Evaluation' button
Enter information on form and click 'Continue' button at bottom

Advisors may have their own user name and password to access the online reporting system.
